Promotion: By entering Woodman’s Racine Wisconsin Grand Opening Sweepstakes selected winners will be given the opportunity to win prizes as further described herein (“Promotion”).
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on September 6th, 2025 at 10:01am Central Time (“CT”) and ends on September 21st, 2025 at 11:59 Central Time (“CT”) (Promotion Period).
Eligibility: To enter the Promotion you must be at least 18 years of age prior to the time and date the Promotion begins. This Promotion is void outside the states of Illinois and Wisconsin and where restricted or prohibited by law. The Promotion, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within Illinois or Wisconsin.
Employees of Woodman’s Food Market, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and the product manufacturer and distributor (“Supplier”), their affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (Hereinafter “Supplier” and “Sponsor” may collectively be referred to as “Promotion Entities”), and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Promotion.
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, including but not limited to the residency requirement and age requirement set forth above. Potential winners will be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility. An entry that does not meet the age and residency requirement will be considered null and void and any prize the identified entrant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded. If it is discovered or suspected that an entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Promotion using multiple identities, all of the identified entrant’s entries will be declared null and void and any prize the identified entrant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded. Use of any automated system or any like method to participate in the Promotion is prohibited and will result in disqualification of any entrant attempting such use.
Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. No mechanically reproduced, forged, or altered entries are permitted. There will be no verification of receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
How to Participate: OFFICIAL PROMOTION ENTRIES ACCEPTED AT https://woodmans.market/RacineGrandOpeningPromotion FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE AGE 18 OR OVER, ARE PERMANENT LAWFUL RESIDENTS OF the state OF WISCONSIN OR ILLINOIS AND HAVE FULLY COMPLETED THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING A SHOPPER ID WITH WOODMAN’S VIA EITHER THE SHOPWOODMAN’S APP, SHOPWOODMANS.COM WEBSITE, OR VIA THE PROVIDED IN STORE KIOSK. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY AND/OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING.
Drawing and Notification: The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor will randomly select potential winners to receive one (1) of the prizes listed herein on September 22nd, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified at the email address associated with their Woodman’s Shopper ID of the prize they have been selected to receive. The selected winner shall pick-up their prize at Woodman’s Racine, Wisconsin store no later than October 5th, 2025. At the time of pick-up the selected winner will be required to present proof of identity and eligibility. Any product not picked up by October 5th, 2025 will be considered forfeited by the selected winner and will not be awarded.
Prizes and Retail Amount: Selected winners will receive one (1) of the prizes listed below as described herein for personal use.

No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if a prize listed above cannot be provided as described for any reason. The prize is provided “as is”. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Entities make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Promotion.
Promotion Conditions: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
Prize Conditions: If prize notification is undeliverable or a prize is not claimed by the date stated herein, this will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, an alternate winner will not be selected. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income taxes) arising from this Promotion will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited by law, the winners’ entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winners’ name, photograph, likeness, and statement on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation. Limit of one prize per person.
Limitations of Liability: The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost / delayed / garbled data or transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or mutilated entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prizes or in the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promotion Entities representatives, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and in such event, to select the winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. All entrants agree to release, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Sponsor from any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which he or she may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, or illness arising out of or claimed to be arising out of Promotion entry, prize acceptance, or use/misuse of the aforesaid prize or product. You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Janesville, Wisconsin. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Wisconsin.
